OUR POLICIES

A $200 refundable deposit will be held and returned within 14 days after your stay provided no damage to the property has occurred. Guests will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused during your stay.

HOUSE RULES

• Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Please respect the neighbors.

• No parties or loud music

• No pets are allowed. Please ask owners about exceptions prior to booking.

• Full Refund if cancelled prior to 30 days before your stay

• 50% Refund if cancelled prior to 14 days before your stay

• Refunds will exclude any Payment processing fees charged by the cc transaction.  Exceptions can be made to give refunds of full amount or partial prior to your stay depending on the circumstances regardless if your less than 30 days from your stay.
