About the event
The Highlands and Islands Association of Celtic Gatherings, Inc. of Gulfport, Mississippi sponsors the annual Celtic Music Festival and Scottish Highland Games on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The purpose of the event is to promote Celtic Heritage by a fun event. Highlands and Islands Association of Celtic Gatherings, Inc. is a volunteer operated, non-profit 501(C)(3) charitable organization.
